3/27/12 - Accountability

It has been 9 months since John was born, and I am still wearing maternity clothes. And drawstring pants. And comfy granny shoes. 
Almost all of my clothes are things that I have had since Isabelle was born. I hate to buy things when I'm just going to lose weight. ....
Ha! So I've been saying for 4 years.

It's not like I don't know what to do. I just LOVE food. :)

But it is time to make an effort to begin a healthy lifestyle so that I can set a good example for my children (and be able to enjoy my time with them). 

I am hoping public humiliation will be just the kick in the rear that I need to be successful. ;)

Several things need to change.

Sleep habits.
Exercise.
Food choices.

Tomorrow I'll post my weight loss/gain history and plans for change! 

And....just for fun: (well, fun for you, not me)

  1. You can do it!! Try everydayhealth.com- it's got a really fun calorie/excercise calculator that helped me, and make sure you find a workout you enjoy! I'm doing the Jazzercise Dancin Abs and it's soooo fun that I can't help doing it! :D

    1. Thanks! I will definitely check out your blog and the everyday health website. I will have to find a form of exercise that I can enjoy at home. We do have a treadmill...

      Oh, and I'm starting after Friday. Just in case you may wonder why I'm eating cheetos and drinking a soda. :P
