6.26.12 - Weeks 10-12

I have attended Weight Watchers for 3 weeks. 
I am finally getting into the groove.
Last week Daniel and I walked/ran twice, and I walked/ran with my friend Michelle once.
I really didn't lose anything the first two weeks, but after exercising and watching my portion sizes a little more closely, I was able to lose 3 pounds this last week.
I went walking/running this evening.
I hope it pays off!
