4.17.12 - Week 2....second weigh in.

Well....although I followed "the plan".....
I weighed in yesterday at 191!
Arggg.

Oh well. I can only continue to try.

 I did start a new medication last Monday as well, so I'm thinking it could be related.

My goals last week were:
Take vitamins daily
Drink more water
Only have soda 4 days out of 7

Happily, I stuck all to all of these goals! 

This week I plan to add these goals to the above:
Be in bed by 1 am (the midnight goal didn't work so well, so I figure gradual change...)
Cut back to having soda no more than 3 days this week

My photographer is snoozing in his chair, so I'll post a pic next week.

This week: 191 (boo!)
